5th Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz
The 5th Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz at BKJ Quiz Portal (www.bkjquiz.com) is now live. All NRIs, PIOs, and Foreigners are requested to participate in the quiz. A mock quiz will also be able. An app for quiz will be shortly available on Apple and Google Play Store for users to download. The External Affairs Minister will launch the quiz virtually on 11th November 2024 and it will run till 11th December 2024 (one month).
2. There are two categories of participants :
I. NRIs
II. PIOs and Foreign Nationals
3. Participants should be within the age group 14 to 50 years as on 11th December 2024.
4. PRIZES:
a. The grand prize of quiz is a chance to win a 2-week long excursion to India by top 30 scorers. There will be a limit of two winners in each category from one country. The visit will include participation in Pravasi Bharati Divas Celebrations in Bhubaneshwar where there is likely photo opportunity with Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi and interact with him.
b. In addition to the grand Prize, the participants will be given an electronic Certificate of Participants for all those who complete the quiz. Certificate of Excellence will also be awarded to participants scoring 25 or more. These are system generated and can be printed by the participants themselves.
c. Top 10 performers of the week will have a chance to figure on the Leaders’ Board on the Quiz website
5. MODALITIES
I. Detailed rules, terms and conditions of the quiz has been published on the website.
II. Participants have to registered themselves in order to participate in the quiz. They can register through email or social media (Meta, Google, and Apple accounts). All participants will have to mention category of participation, country of residence, month and year of birth.
III. Participants will have to answer 30 questions within 30 seconds. Audio/video questions will have to be answered within 40 seconds. The quiz has a total time limit of 17 minutes to answer all questions. 3 questions can be skilled by the participants.
IV. Participants can make as many attempts as they chose, subject to a limit of 5 attempts per day.
V. There is a question bank of 10,000 questions of which 1/3rd are multimedia questions which will be randomly selected.
VI. The Quiz portal has a mobile friendly interface and can also be accessed on smart phone. The portal is in English and can only be answered in English only.
